Indian Head Massage is tailored to suit your needs. It is normally a fairly energising and yet relaxing treatment and involves some oil being applied to the upper back for a tension-releasing upper back, neck and shoulder massage. Then you can have some oil applied to the hair (if you wish) which is massaged into the scalp for help in brining about relaxation and stress-relief. It is very relaxing and leaves you feeling refreshed and at ease.

25 minutes of scalp massage using oil if you would like it, to stimulate the head and hair and help improve circulation, blood supply, energy levels, overall feeling of well-being - £28

30 minute facial massage plus scalp massage:
Gently drizzling some facial massage oil on to the face, we will work around the face muscles, gently massaging to release tension and tightness in the face, and work through the scalp to ease any tension being held there. You can just lie down, close your eyes, listen to the calming music and relax! - £30

1 hour 40 minutes: Wonderful Wellbeing Session - £65:
Gentle back massage, reflexology and reiki. The massage is light touch and soothing and encourages deep relaxation. I will also do a lovely session of healing reflexology, which is working on the reflex points on the feet - also very relaxing, and at the same time helping boost circulation, blood supply and ridding the body of any build up of toxins. The reiki energy healing clears away any stagnant/negative energy around you and really does help you feel calm and focused and peaceful.

Reiki healing is an energy healing that involves you simply lying on a massage couch and relaxing while Reiki healing is given. It is deeply relaxing and can open you up to receive wonderful healing energy that brings about change and can often bring insight into areas of your life that may need healing. It can help with physical, emotional, spiritual and mental wellbeing. It is very relaxing and the Reiki energy goes to wherever it is needed.

I also offer distance Reiki healing. As Reiki does not need to be carried out in the presence of each other, this type of healing is not restricted by distance. Therefore, wherever you are in the world, we can still connect energetically which is how healing is sent. I would contact you via email to organise a time to connect with each other. We each remain in our own homes but energetically connect for the hour duration of the healing. Then I contact you via email and we can exchange with each other on the experience. I have done this many times and have had lovely feedback from this type of healing!
