Distance Reiki
I have had this 3 times with Loretta recently. It's been the most wonderful healing and relaxing experience. I cannot explain how it works, but I can't speak higher of it. I have felt rested, peaceful and calm afterwards and have felt a stronger sense of self and focus since. I have valued the conversation with Loretta afterwards. She is easy to talk to, very understanding, and I have felt a strong sense of regard from her. I have used the focus of the sessions to make changes to my life in the days following. So regular sessions every 2 to 3 weeks has been beneficial. It has helped me to question the assumptions I have made and instead identify the things that bring feelings of genuine joy. I have felt stronger for investing time on me and in my life in a more positive way than with the usual habits of wine and food! It's powerful stuff

I had a distance reiki treatment with Loretta last week and it was exactly what I needed! I’ve been suffering with a locked shoulder, sleeplessness and general tension for about six months. Loretta didn’t know this but was able to tap into my body (despite being about 50 miles apart at the time) and send soothing, healing energy exactly where it was needed. After our session she told me about my shoulder pain - amazing! How did she know? Within 48 hours it had gone. I’ve tired so many things to ease this previously; yoga, massage, weights, stretching, rest… but nothing has been so effective. I can’t explain it but something really shifted! During the session I was really able to relax and found myself day dreaming and some really strange things like jelly fish and penguins. I was really astounded when Loretta said afterwards (and before I’d told her this) that she too saw sea creatures and penguins during her meditation process. Spooky, but great evidence of a reiki connection. I can’t wait to do it again. My sleep and stress levels have also since improved. Thank you so much!

I had an online Reiki session with Loretta and it was fabulous. It was my first experience of Reiki and I didn't know how I would respond. Loretta spoke to me in advance of the session and then we got going. I found it to be incredibly energising, I had real clarity, focus and purpose afterwards and it has continued to have a positive impact on me. So today was my 5th session of reflexology and Reiki with Loretta. This is my 2nd review (never wrote reviews twice!). 40 odd yrs of sleeplessness has finally come to an end. I sleep better, my restless leg symptoms are almost gone, i feel fresher than ever despite my heavy work. Just being at her place calms me down. She has this amazing soft and kind persona that before she starts the therapy, I feel relaxed. She has immense positivity and softness in her that it affects people around her.
