Hi and welcome to my Holistic Therapies website.  My name is Loretta, and I provide reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki.  I offer these to you from Paragon Road, Weston-super-Mare, just off the seafront near Marine Lake.  I also offer a Mobile Service for these treatments.  I love what I do and it is so much more than a job to me.  I like to offer a calm, peaceful, space in which to relax and rejuvenate, find some inner peace, serenity and tranquility for the hour or so that you are here.  I believe that by using holistic therapies in our lives, we can begin recognising our mind, body, spirit connection and living in a more aware way, allowing us to experience all that life has to offer in a happier and more enjoyable way.

During times of stress, these treatments are a breath of fresh air and can offer different ways and choices available to us to help us cope with that stress, bring about a better balance in our everyday lives. 

I am fully insured and am a member of The Complementary Medical Association.  I have a Level 2 in Counselling Skills gained through NCFE, and NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Safeguarding. I came across reflexology many years ago and did a foundation course in the Eunice Ingham Method of reflexology. I have been practising reflexology ever since on family and friends, and am constantly researching this fascinating therapy and finding out more about it and the real and tangible benefits it can have for overall health and well-being.  I am a Reiki Practitioner, and am always inspired and thrilled at how Reiki energy can heal mind, body and spirit; it's a truly lovely healing experience.  I also hold a Level 2 in Facials.  I am VTCT qualified Level 3 in Indian Head Massage.  Over the years, I have been lucky enough to meet some truly lovely people who have helped with my training and provided me with invaluable knowledge allowing me to begin to understand and be able to open up to how these therapies can be so incredibly powerful and helpful.  I have learned that we can experience life on so many levels - not just the everyday world that we inhabit and live in, and the constraints that can sometimes place on us, but also the other world where we can be free to connect with spirit, allow our mind to float and roam freely and gain insights and intuitive thoughts around how we view the world and interact with it.  I think everyone would benefit from holistic therapy, and if you find yourself drawn to my words and practice, I would be happy to speak to you around any questions you may have about what these treatments entail, and can be contacted via email (reflexivesole@gmail.com) or through my FB page, Instagram page or by phone, on the number above.  I hope our paths cross soon! ​
