This is my room that is waiting to welcome you! As you step in, you will be welcome to take some time to relax and feel at ease. We will have a chat about the treatment that you have decided to have, and I will make sure that you are clear about what can be expected throughout your therapy of choice.


You will be able to lie down on the couch, and just let yourself lie calmly, quietly and peacefully while some candles are flickering, the music is playing softly, and there is nothing for you to do except relax!


You will be encouraged to take some healing, deep breaths to help you feel calm and tranquil as you enjoy the healing session that you have booked. Correct breathing can help you reach a state of deep relaxation and peacefulness in a short space of time.


I hope that you will come along and enjoy a soothing, serene, easy going hour or two for yourself. Self-care is so helpful during times of busyness and turmoil. When you can't think straight, or have trouble sleeping, or find it hard to make a decision, a therapy such as Reiki can be extremely useful as it helps the mind to become free and relaxed in order to make better decisions, enable better sleep, and uplifts the spirits.
