Unwinding Your Stress: The Benefits of Reflexology

An hour of reflexology can make a huge difference to the way you are feeling. You can lie down, take the weight of your feet, and allow them to experience the magic of reflexology and feel the benefits of this, and how it can helpful when you are feeling stressed and frazzled. I will work on both feet, and will be able to advise you if I come across an area that might feel a little tender, or gritty, and this can indicate that there could be an area in your body that is giving you some trouble, or that would benefit from the increased flow of energy that reflexology provides. It is a great way to bring the body into a state of deep relaxation and leaves your feet and whole body feeling generally wonderful!

If you have always wanted to try it, now is your time! Book a session with me and I'm sure you will enjoy it. You will likely feel quite sleepy during the session, and that is fine! You can drift off. Some people find they feel very relaxed and totally aware of what is going on within their body and feel the sensation of the reflexology working immediately.
